Dr. Therese Pickart, S.C.

A general dentist and owner of Pickart Dental, Dr. Therese Pickart has been practicing in Wauwatosa for the past 25+ years. She grew up in Wauwatosa and is active in community affairs.

She’s always been interested in providing dental care for patients of all ages. Her specialties are oral exams, dental fillings, crowns, restorative dentistry, and teeth whitening. Dr. Pickart is known for her gentle approach, which involves listening to her patients and providing a caring, comfortable experience during treatment. Over the past two decades, the science of dentistry has evolved and Dr. Pickart has responded by adopting new technologies and solutions to facilitate patient care.

She believes an important part of her responsibility to the community is patient education, so she conducts regular oral hygiene shows with her sidekick "Mr. Molar" for area children in schools and at the Betty Brinn Children's Museum. Dr. Therese Pickart is a Divine Savior Holy Angels High School (DSHA) graduate, received her BS, Biology and BA, Spanish at Marquette University (Go Warriors!) and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Northwestern University. Because of her father’s oral cancer, she completed a year residency at the VA in Minneapolis.
